CANCELLATION, RESCHEDULING & HAIRSTYLE CHANGE POLICY

At Josees Braiding Salon, we value your time and our stylists’ time. To provide the best service to all of our clients, please review the following policies before booking your appointment.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel an appointment.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee or loss of deposit.

• No-shows may result in the loss of your deposit and may require a new deposit to book another appointment.

RESCHEDULING POLICY

• A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule an appointment.

• Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment may result in a fee or loss of deposit.

• Appointments may only be rescheduled based on stylist availability.

HAIRSTYLE CHANGE POLICY

• If you need to change the hairstyle you originally booked, 24 hours’ notice is required.

• Hairstyle changes made less than 24 hours before your appointment may not be accommodated.

• Changing the hairstyle may affect the price, appointment time, or stylist availability.

• Please contact us as soon as possible if you decide you want a different style.
